Veeda Clinical
Research hosted a one day technical
session titled “Symbiosis-CROs &
Sponsors” which was followed by the
20th Executive Committee meeting of
the Association of Indian Clinical
Research Organisations (ACRO). The
event was attended by senior people
from pharmaceutical companies, CROs
and clinical research training
institutes. The event took place at
The Fortune Hotel Landmark,
Ahmedabad.
The event began with a talk by Dr
Vasireddi, Managing Director, Vimta
Labs on “Experience in working with
MNC’s” which was followed by Dr
Viraj Rajadhyaksha, Sr. Manager ,
Operations , Planning & Management,
Pfizer.
Mr. Ashish Das-Gupta , COO Clinsys
conducted an open house on the way
ahead for ACRO which saw
enthusiastic participation from the
audience. “The suggestions received
from the audience will definitely
help steer ACRO” said Mr. Apurva
Shah, Managing Director, Veeda.
Dr. R. N. Chowdhury, Executive
Secretary, ACRO congratulated Veeda
for the large number of attendees
and expressed that ‘’we have never
seen such an active participation at
the technical sessions conducted by
ACRO so far’’.
The meeting closed with a buffet
lunch.
